Study shows Short Intense Resistance Training is more effective than Long Slow method.
A study done in 2002 shows your metabolism can remain burning strong up to 38 hours after using short intense resistance training. This means even after you’re done, you’re burning up carbs and fat for up to a day and a half. This far exceeds the results of a long and slow training method.
