In most gyms, you can reserve a cardio machine, but the weight lifting station is a free-for all, leaving you unable to execute a focused workout in the limited time that you have available. If you do have a gym that has a good weight training program, it often comes with a trainer 1:1 model with a high price tag. At Genetic Synergy, we are taking a new approach to fitness.

Our elite trainers will be manning the floor and proactively monitoring members during their workouts to assist with spotting, form correction, weight adjustments and injury considerations. Members will benefit by being able to access dedicated equipment and weight training expertise several times a week at an affordable price. We believe that affordability enables you to commit to your workout more consistently, and consistency drives results. Most importantly, our team is hyper-focused on preserving our personal relationships with our members, so we will be capping our membership so as to strike the right balance between equipment availability and indiviudalized attention.

Strength training workouts come in many different types suitable for various lifestyles, but what they all have in common are their benefits for you, such as:

  • Slowing down aging

  • Forming strong connective tissues, tendons, and ligaments

  • Improving muscle tone

  • Getting rid of excess fat

  • Contrary to popular belief, strength training exercises will not make you bulk up since muscle growth is restrained mostly by genetics, food intake, age gender, body type and other biological factors.

  • Helps with functional movements

  • Recent research reveals that myokines—a class of cell-signaling proteins produced by muscle fibers—can combat cancer and metabolic syndrome. High intensity training effectively stimulates your muscles to release anti-inflammatory myokines.
  • Recent findings show that vitamin D supplementation combined with strength training help decrease your waist-to-hip ratio

  • Men with stronger muscles from regular weight training are up to 40 percent less likely to die from cancer

  • Preventing heart disease and osteoporosis

  • Improve memory

  • Improve your fitness levels
